Once I have received your message I will get back to you as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours, and we can speak on the phone to discuss your needs. If you wish, we can then arrange to meet for an initial consultation. If I think a different kind of support would be better suited to your needs I will do my best to refer you to someone else who can help.
I allow 60 minutes for an initial consultation, which should give us a sense of how we might work together and allow us to talk about your reasons for seeking counselling. There will be no obligation to commit to further counselling, unless you decide you want to.
If you decide to continue with counselling, we will agree on a regular slot for your sessions, which will be at the same time on the same day each week, and will last for 50 minutes.
I charge £55 for the initial consultation and per 50 minute session thereafter.
Payment by cash or bank transfer.

My practice room is located at 84 High Street, Harpenden, AL5 2SP.
The room is located at the back of Healthy and Wise the health food shop. Access is via the shop.
There is a public car park (Lydekker car park) and on-street parking a five minutes’ walk away on Sun Lane.
Harpenden train station is approximately a 10 minute walk away.
